Family Bible Time: Unit 27 Lesson 2
November 8th, 2020 | Unit 26, Lesson 5
Today we hear the painful but wonderful story of Jesus' crucifixion. This is the center of the gospel! Watch, as Ms Joanne tells us what Jesus did to save us.
In the Book of Acts, Peter testified to the Israelites about Jesus’ death: “Though He was delivered up according to God’s determined plan and foreknowledge, you used lawless people to nail Him to a cross and kill Him” (Acts 2:23).
After you watch today's lesson, I hope you are able to testify of Jesus death and how it saved you!
October 11th, 2020 | Unit 26, Lesson 1
Parents and Kids, let's take a look at how people welcomed Jesus into Jerusalem as their King. Jesus was the Messiah spoken about by the prophet Zechariah: “Look, your King is coming to you; he is righteous and victorious, humble and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey” (Zechariah 9:9). One day, Jesus will return to earth on a white horse as King over everything!
September 20th, 2020 | Unit 25, Lesson 2
Hey Kids and Parents! Grab your binders and your Bibles and get ready for Unit 25 Lesson 2! Three more parables and this time they teach us even more about Jesus! We see howJesus welcomed sinners and he sought out the lost. Jesus told these parables to teach about God’s forgiveness. God sent Jesus so sinners can be forgiven. As our Savior, Jesus seeks sinners. He seeks and saves the lost. He paid the ultimate price—His own life—to save people from sin.
